Abstract
The article deals with some features of the schemes of lever drummers
studied by creative teams and Institute of Machine Science and Automation of
the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic. The design elements
of the experimental hammer model M15-21 created on the basis of the model
M10-19 are presented. The hammer is electromechanical, made in a portable
version, with an electric drive built into the structure. The universal collector
electric drive with a built-in gearbox (motor-reducer) is designed for a current
frequency of 50 Hz and a mains voltage of 220 V. The total gear ratio of the
gearbox mounted in the electric drive housing is 38.75 and consists of three
stages with the following gear ratios: 1 – 5.25; 2 – 3.69; 3 – 2. The speed of the
gear motor at the output is 640 rpm without load-according to the factory tag
on the housing. The hammer transmission includes V-belt and gear gears with a
gear ratio of 1.26 and 1.0, respectively. The belt tension is automatically applied.
