DEVELOPMENT OF DYNAMIC MODELS POWERFUL MECHANISM SHAPING ON THE BASE VSM WITH BELT TRANSACTIONS

TThe article discusses the procedure for compiling a mathematical model of a manual vibrating plate based on a variable structure mechanism with a belt drive. An experimental model of an electrically driven machine is presented. A dynamic model of a mechanism consisting of a motor, toothed gears and a rocker arm has been built. In the dynamic model, the engine is represented with a moment of inertia equal to the moment of inertia of the engine rotor, a driving pulley and a pulley-wheel mounted on the crank shaft with inertias and a rocker of the percussion mass mechanism with a moment of inertia. The rocker has a variable moment of inertia, depending on the angle of rotation of the crank. Substituting the expressions for the kinetic energy in the Lagrange equation, taking into account that the moment of inertia of the links reduced to the motor rotor shaft, neglecting the friction forces in the mechanisms, the equation for the motion of the machine is obtained.
