Abstract

The article contains materials on the development of automatic control systems for the technological processes of machining products on a lathe, involving the use of a discrete method for regulating the flow of fluid entering the power cylinder of the hydraulic support of the tool feed machine. The developed control systems with amplitude-pulse and frequency-pulse methods of tool feed control, mathematical models for calculating the main parameters of regulators necessary for their design are presented. The possibility of using the developed systems for turning finishing and roughing is proved. The presence in the system of a master software device allows you to use any algorithm of processing modes, depending on the materials being processed. In principle, the developed systems are applicable when processing products on other types of machine tools.
