ON THE POSSIBILITIES OF EXPANDING THE SCOPE OF THE HYDRAULIC PERFORATOR WITH A SINGLE POWER SOURCE

Abstract

The article presents the results of a comparative analysis of the parameters of known models of hydraulic drilling machines for rotary percussion drilling, produced by two well-known developers of such machines and a perforator developed at the Institute of Mechanical Engineering and Automation of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic and designated as GP 250 and differing from the known drilling machines of the absence in its designs of a special drive for the rotation of the drilling rod. On the basis of a comparative analysis of the parameters of the drilling machines, it was revealed that the perforator without a special drive for the rotation mechanism of the drill rod, in terms of the magnitude of such important parameters of the drilling machines as the angle of rotation of the drill rod in one working cycle and the impact energy, is close to the corresponding parameters of the machines, rotationally - impact action.
