SYNTHESIS AND KINEMATIC ANALYSIS OF A SIX-LINK IMPACT MECHANISM WITH A SPECIAL POSITION OF LINKS

In this paper, the synthesis of a six-pronged impact mechanism with special positions with improved kinematic and dynamic parameters based on a crank-rocker impact mechanism with the largest connecting rod and a two-crank articulated four-link mechanism with a special position of the links is considered. The synthesis of this mechanism was carried out so that the function of the crank of a crank-rocker mechanism with a special position of the links was performed by a driven crank of a two-crank mechanism with a special position. In this case, due to the fact that the total gear ratio consists of two multipliers, it is possible to obtain an effective value of the total gear ratio equal to approximately four by selecting the multiplier values within 2. A kinematic analysis of the resulting six-pronged impact mechanism with the largest connecting rod is carried out and it is theoretically established that the use of this mechanism in vibro-impact machines it allows you to reduce the load in the hinges and increase the reliability of the machines.
