Analysis of the structure and technical char-acteristics of existing mechanisms of cutting equipment of sewing enterprises

Abstract

In this paper the subject of the study is structural and technical characteristics of cutting equipment of sewing enterprises in Kyrgyzstan The purpose of the study is to determine the most common kinematic structures of cutting mechanism The methods of analysis, comparison, observation and generalization are applied in the study The sampling of equipment by methods of cutting was carried out and the structural and technical characteristics of the most common types of cutting equipment were investigated. The processes of mechanical and thermophysical methods of cutting in automatic cutting machines are described The obtained results allow to justify the expediency of using the equipment of mechanical cutting method In the future on the basis of the conducted researches will be carried out to select the optimal parameters of cutting tools depending on the type of processed material for garments.
